Support System (ESYU); is the system for our business partners to use for receiving usage information about our products, sending their problems or their needs as demand. Our business partners can send their notifications to us quickly and easily by mail method at the front part of “Support Notification” which is integrated within our products.

Steps in Support System

1. Sent notifications are seen automatically on the screen of business partners’ representatives
    through Ecore Process Execution called as ESYU.
2. In order to analyze notifications from our business partners preferentially by our designated
    business partners’ representatives; notifications are designated to statue “Analyzing by MT”
    automatically on ESYU.
3. After the analysis by our representatives; notifications from our business partners, analysis,
    and usage information will be classified according to problem context and then processed to
    next operation.
4. Notifications required software are analyzed by software team through the ESYU.
5. After the completion of software; software specialist performs pre-test to provide operation
    to test process.
6. Test process is performed in two steps both in our company and related business partners’
    test environment.
7. After the success of tests; operation will be taken to version and given to business partners’
    in next version.
